BIKEPARK CONDITIONS

Bike tickets are non-transferable. No replacement for lost tickets.
Tickets are controlled wirelessly and through staff.

There will be consequences (withdrawal of ticket) when misusing the ticket. Always follow the instructions of the staff and the crew.

Due to federal law, only customers with a valid ticket are covered through our liability insurance.

No ticket-reimbursements are granted in case of termination of lift operations due to environmental conditions and/or technical problems.

Reimbursements of tickets are granted for medical reasons only. A medical statement has to be presented.

Bikepark rules are obligatory. Rules can be read online, at the ticket-counter and along the bike park trails.

Using the Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is based on the rules mentioned above.

Trails and trail sections may be closed for maintenance on short notice. No ticket-reimbursements or discounts are granted.

Information on closed trails can be obtained through our „track report“.
Eligible ticket services are provided by a contractor.
The contractor selling the tickets only acts as a substitute. Services and compensations in case of accidents are only provided by the respective contractor.

A valid ID is required.
Persons under the age of 18 have to provide an authorization by a parent or legal guardian that includes a liability for damages or losses. An ID copy and a phone-number have to be supplied.
Rented bikes and gear have to be returned daily not later than 5.30pm. Rented bikes have to be cleaned at the bike wash.

All rental bikes are checked and maintained by us, any damages found have to be reported before using it. If the bike gets damaged during the ride or any parts will be noticed, it should be reported immediately at the rental shop.

Damages will not be covered by us when ignoring these rules.

Get to know the basic riding skills. Our guides show you the correct use of the brakes, how to choose the right gear and how to get a neutral riding position on easy terrain. This class is specially designed for the novice and slightly advanced riders.

Courses have a limit of 6 participants.
Registration for a course has to be completed until 5.00 pm the day before.
All courses start at 10am and 2pm at the valley station of the “Waldbahn”.
Course participants should meet 30 minutes before at the bike station.
A disclaimer has to be signed.

Children under 10 years of age may only use the bike park when accompanied by an adult.

Children between the ages of 10 and 16 years must produce a declaration of consent from a parent or legal guardian when purchasing tickets. Download the form here.
