How to Ride SFL

What is How to Ride SFL?

How to Ride SFL is a unique introduction to biking in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. The programme is free of charge, has a duration of about one hour and if required, the bike and helmet (no gloves, knee protectors, elbow protectors and/or back protectors) are provided.

Our bike experts will show you how to ride a bike in our area. This includes proper breaking (distribution to front and rear wheel), the correct position on the bike when going uphill or downhil and correct mounting and dismounting of the bike on steeper terrain.


Dates and meeting point:

From 26 June 2019 to 20 October 2019 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4.30pm.
Meeting point: Continental Lounge at the Pumptrack.

Registration by email, phone (+43/5476/53077-14) or in the shop at least one day before is necessary. We ask you to let us know the age, height and required borrowing material.

 


Kid Jump Basics

What is Kid Jump Basics?

A progression from "Piggyhops" to "Bunnyhops", small ramps and drops is covered by the free Kid Jump Basics course. The use of the bag jump is not included in the course.

The course is free of charge, has a duration of about one hour and there is no equipment included. A full face helmet and protective equipment are recommended.

From 26 June 2019 to 20 October 2019 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 4.30pm.
Meeting point: Continental Lounge at the Pumptrack.
